So, You have purchased a firearm online. What do you do now?
Firearms can be shipped a variety of different ways, but they must be shipped to a licensed firearm dealer. That is where Openrange comes in.
Let your seller know you would like to have your firearm transferred to Openrange. Our address is 6401 Cross Keys Blvd, Crestwood, KY 40014. Before they can ship your firearm, they will need to verify our Federal Firearms License.

You can then provide your firearm seller Joy's email, so we can exchange the necessary information.
Firearms Transfers are processed in the order that they are received, and must be entered into our books in accordance with ATF regulations. Tracking provided by the seller just lets you know that we have received your firearm. We will contact you as soon as your firearm is available for pickup.
Your final step, is picking up your new firearm. Bring a your current/valid Kenutcky Drivers License and Kentucky CCDW permit (if you have one). While we copy your information, you can complete your ATF Form 4473 to complete the transfer.
It sounds like a lot, but once your firearm arrives the process isn't any different than purchasing a firearm from Openrange.
